Chocolate balls were not enough and way too small

I had no complaints to be honest. Items were well packaged and my products are the ones I am used to. Customer service and communication regarding items are well elaborated. The only thing I think it’s a bit too much is shipping.

Well satisfied with the pomme de terre, but for the douce macos and bonbon sirop order i wasn't really satisfied the way the shipping was delivered. They were putting on the the box without tight in a plastic bag. The box was half way open, the douce macos paper and the bonbon sirop little bit teared and was placed on the top of the shipping box. Something people going to eat need to be more secure, next time please put them in a bag first before put them in the shipping box for food safety reason. I work in healthcare environment it's not safe to handle food that way. I know you can do it for the wellbeing of everyone. I used the farine pomme de terre, but I don't trust the douce macos and the bonbon sirop. Thank you for the haitian product you offer to our community.
